UrSpot is a smart home rental app that connects prospective tenants with property managers and home owners based on their ideal matches. UrSpot can be considered the Tinder of home rentals as the software suggests homes to renters based on what they're looking for, what they'd love, what they don't and what they're willing to compromise on. Based on this preferences, UrSpot will go through a list of homes on it's database that best match the renter's preferences. Once you're ready to apply, contacting the property manager is as simple as clicking a button and having your information forwarded on demand.
